Dickies Silverton 3-in-1 Jacket

The jacket is a generous large size which is ideal as in colder weather more layers can be added. The website pictures were a true representation of the jacket - if anything they do not do it justice. For the money I would say the Silverton jacket is very high quality with excellent waterproofing - the water just runs off. I really like design of the hood which keeps out the wind and the rain. Compared to my hiking jacket, which cost 6 times the price, I would say this represents excellent value for money. My only concern is the zip - I have never had a working jacket with a quality zip and I will have to wait to see if this is of the same quality as the rest of the jacket. I am so impressed I may buy another as a spare because every time I find something this good they stop making it!
