Customer Services Assistant

Salary £14 to £16k depending on experience

A vacancy has arisen for a Customer Services Assistant on a temporary - permanent basis to cover Maternity leave.

The candidate must have excellent customer services skills, be confident and efficient with all aspects of telephone enquiries as follows:

• Excellent keyboard skills
• Articulate on telephone
• High level of computer literacy a must
• Literate with electronic communication and product feature/benefit descriptions
• Numerate and able to interpret sales/commerce relationships
• Team orientated and have a flexible approach to working
• Strong administration and organisational background
• Ecommerce understanding a real benefit
